TOWNHOUSE REFURBISHMENT

Oxford Terrace, Edinburgh

This ‘B’ listed Georgian Townhouse has been completely refurbished over three levels, finished to a high standard. A new kitchen looks across the garden to the rear, and internally opens directly onto the principal living room at the front. Massive windows flood the entire floor area from front to back with light.

Several internal alterations have improved the circulation areas, including two bedrooms which were merged, and transformed into a generous family bathroom.

It was a bonus to discover significant areas of under-utilized space at basement level, which was subsequently converted into useable space. This enabled the utility room to be re-positioned, freeing up space for a guest bedroom at garden level. A new games & cinema room now occupy the other half of the plan.
