FLAT REFURBISHMENT
Inverleith Terrace, Edinburgh
This stunning Victorian flat forms part of a detached ‘B’ listed villa. The floor plan is simply arranged, with principal rooms overlooking the street.
The most significant change was to bring the kitchen from the back of the property into one of the living rooms, with a bedroom replacing it to the rear. The kitchen furniture is set into the back wall, so that the proportions of the room are unaffected.
A utility room and en-suite are now positioned centrally, and the bathroom re-configured and updated.
The overall result is a very elegant, thoughtful modernization of a beautiful flat.
