This speculative new-build house is situated in a rural site with open views to the South and North and a sheltering belt of trees to the West. Traditional materials and simple building form are combined in response to strict Planning criteria. South facing Reception rooms and bedrooms all benefit from open views, and circulation area is kept to a minimum.
The siting and landscaping are designed to connect the house directly with the broader landscape.
