‘A significant moment’, is how Ralph Musto described Edinburgh Council planning committee’s decision to waive the proposed financial contribution to affordable housing...We recently presented a business case which demonstrated that, in the current economic climate, the Council’s proposed levy challenged this project’s viability. Our application was supported by the Council’s Planning department, and the outcome has now been confirmed.
